Focus on breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, resulting in a sense of calm, well-being, and mental clarity. Seated on chairs/stools, the class mobilizes the spine through a series of arching, curling, bending, and spiraling. This class goes for 48 minutes, and has a slight sharp cut at the very end- even with that cut, it is a very complete class in and of itself. )5/9/20
