Please have a Yoga mat ready chair along with a chair/stool and prop for under your knee if needed. In this class, we will focus on extending the legs, opening the space behind the knee joint, and working through the fifth line of the body and more; all principles of GYROKINESIS® I learned from the creator, Juliu Hovath.
